6 - 4: The Flavin' and the Mavin'

When Alan's car is in the shop, Charlie has to drive Alan to and from work. At first he's not thrilled, until he meets Alan's receptionist Melissa (Kelly Stables). Alan begs Charlie not to make a move on her, but he does anyway, and Alan is convinced that it will end badly between them. His theory is proved right when Charlie breaks up with her, and Alan is forced to give Melissa a raise, health insurance and a paid vacation to keep her from quiting.
