The best of the action from day two, as 13 Olympic champions were crowned across eight sports. Great Britain's Adam Peaty was aiming for a third successive 100m breaststroke gold, and France's 'Face of the Games', Leon Marchand, was also looking for glory in the pool in the men's 400m individual medley. Other British athletes were targeting medals in archery, mountain biking, canoe slalom and judo.
