In this episode Michelin-starred chef Matt Gillan has his eye on the prize as he puts four home cooks through a series of culinary challenges, including how to make the perfect mushrooms on toast. Matt will be judged by triple Michelin-starred chef Pierre Koffmann in the final, so his professional pride is at stake. But which home cook will he choose?
