Clare Balding is in the City of London to celebrate the installation of the 680th Lord Mayor of London. Half a million people are expected to crowd the City's streets, joining the new Lord Mayor in the golden state coach for the world's largest un-rehearsed parade. Commentary by Paul Dickenson.
