Tonight's The Word is "Eat It", which discusses Mad Cow disease and the U.S.D.A.'s lower standards in testing cattle for the disease. Stephen gives live employee reviews of Bobby the stage manager, Jim Hoskinson the Director, and Killer the Cable Jockey. Stephen interviews Steve Kroft, correspondent for 60 minutes, they discuss his history with 60 Minutes and a recent story he did on war profiteering in Iraq. In a segment called The Inbox, Stephen opens some viewer e-mails and responds.
