Commander Coconut of the Orlando Sentinel is the focus for Who's Attacking Me Now? segment where Stephen is criticized about one of his body parts. Stephen plays back the telephone conversation he has with Commander Coconut about his article. Stephen talks about the sleeping pill, Ambien which causes a eating disorder. This leads into The Word "Sweet Dreams". Then the first of a four part series Better Know A Protectorate, Stephen highlights the history of the Virgin Islands and shows an interview he did with Congresswoman Donna Christianson, who is the representative of the Protectorate. Stephen interviews Frank Vincent, The Sopranos actor and author of A Guy's Guide To Being A Man's Man.
