Helen Skelton heads into the roundhouse with Rob and Dave Nicholson, where lambing is in full swing, and gets stuck in at the very heart of the action. Rob takes Dave on a mystery road trip to visit fellow farmer Jimmy Doherty in Suffolk, who has a proposition involving a very special, endangered species.
