Jung Mong Joo condemns all of Lee Sung Gye's faction including Jo Joon and Nam Eun to exile. King Gongyang orders to execute them as soon as Chuk Sa Gwang returns after finishing her work. While being on the run with his father, Bang Won finds a house in the mountain and hides in there. Meanwhile, Jung Mong Joo orders Woo Hak Joo to check on Lee Sung Gye's condition and personally visits Lee Sung Gye's house in Gaegyung.
