A first time buyer waffles over buying in a new Venice Beach development and it's up to agent Katy Landrum to give him a push and convince him that it's the right purchase. Meanwhile, agent Steven Aaron lists a 5000 square foot Tudor home in the desirable neighborhood of Hancock Park, but he worries buyers may not be willing to invest the TLC required to bring this old home up to today's standards.
