The series stars Mark Feuerstein, Paulo Costanzo, Jill Flint and Reshma Shetty. Royal Pains revolve around the life of Henry "Hank" Lawson (Mark Feuerstein), a young and former successful New York emergency doctor who was fired after was wrongfully blamed of the death of an important patient. He then became a concierge doctor. The Royal Pains season 3 is expected to have several guests such as Ed Asne, Ted Roth, Shiri Appleby, Julie Benz, Joanna Gleason and David Rasche. It also marks the return of Libby played by Meredith Hagner. Royal Pains season 3 episode 1 will surround with how Divya will cope with the aftermath of calling off the wedding. Meanwhile, when the Hampton Jitney overturns, it is HankMed to the rescue while Evan cannot reach Paige. It is in this episode too that is Jill is back but it is not sure if how long she will stay.
