4 - 2: Letting Go

A foster father cannot bear to give up the teenage girl he has raised when the authorities decide that her birth mother is well enough to take her back. He convinces himself that she will be in danger if she goes, but does not realise his own unresolved feelings concerning his father are clouding his judgement.
