6 - 13: Duplex Dilemma

When Megan and Frank were house hunting, the idea of moving into the costly neighborhood they grew up in seemed beyond their reach. But when a one of a kind find presented itself, it took bringing Frank's brother into the fold to make their dream a reality. Now that Frank's brother has moved out though, the remodeled upstairs bachelor pad doesn't work for a single family home. Megan and Frank are divided when it comes to how to handle the problems with their home. Stepping into the battle are designer Hilary and Realtor David. Hilary and her team will be completing renovations aimed at proving this divided duplex can become the cohesive casa this family can love. David knows this couple should list and is determined to prove he can find the home that finally meets all their needs. Desperate for a frustration free single family home, Megan and Frank will have to decide: can they love their home again? Or will they list it.
