After six boys reveal their decision at the Kiss-Off, things take an unexpected turn when one boy makes his move. The tension builds yet further when a new boy has to decide what's more important: friendship or romance?After the Kiss-Off, the couples start to imagine their connection beyond their time in Italy, and for one pairing it's a question of long distances back home – will they make the effort to keep their relationship going?Around the pool, the group open up to each other about the importance of self-acceptance. And as they celebrate how come they've come, Dannii enters the Masseria with big news…The summer of love is coming to an end, and all the boys must consider whether their relationship can last in the real world. Dannii asks the couples to focus on the boys around them… and decide which couple they think is least likely to make it. The boys must think carefully, because the couple with the most votes will be leaving the Masseria.
