Andy Clatworthy is using his passion for historical cooking to reinvent a dish that was served at an early Lawn Tennis Association banquet. Dom is going all out with a lavish summer barbecue but with five side dishes and three different cuts of meat, has he given himself too much to do? The veteran chef worries that Tom's take on the traditional Cornish dish 'under roast' might be too wintery for a taste of summer banquet.
