Nicki Chapman is rural property shopping in the Peak District with a couple who have a £500,000 pound budget to buy their first home together.

Along the way, Nicki pays a visit to Reaseheath Agricultural College to meet the next generation of farmers in the throes of their study. She can't resist joining them on lambing duties when she meets some of the new arrivals.
