With a budget of £700,000, Nicki Chapman is helping a couple from Manchester find their very first home together in the Peak District. They are after a detached period home with three to four bedrooms. They love entertaining, so a good-sized kitchen and a separate dining room are musts too. The icing on the cake would be a garden big enough to grow vegetables.
