Immigration enforcement and the excessive funding of the DHS was cited as one of the top reasons why Donald Trump was elected, but the behavior of ICE in U.S. cities and neighborhoods has quickly turned immigration enforcement into a political Achilles' heel for Trump. Later, Michael Crowley and Michael McFaul join Alicia to discuss the Munich Security Conference, specifically Secretary of State Marco Rubio slamming mass migration in his remarks, where he called on Europe to help build Trump's vision of the new world order.
