Craig and Estelle are planning to move their family from Dewsbury to east Yorkshire for a quieter pace of life. Craig wants to find a countryside property within commuting distance of Leeds, whereas Estelle longs to live on the coast. Former estate agent Kirsty Duffy shows them three impressive countryside properties, while interior designer Kerr Drummond shows them what their budget of £425,000 can get them on the coast.
