Jane and Gordon have been together for over a year. They currently live in Essex and have £300,000 to spend in East Sussex, on their first property purchase together. As they near retirement, Gordon would love to have the sea close by, whilst Jane loves all that the countryside has to offer. Coastal enthusiast David Bull is keen to sway Jane towards the coast, while countryside fan Kirsty Duffy plans to win over Gordon to the country.
