Having divided their time for the last 19 years between their cottage in Scotland and their home in Spain, Ian and Ann want to settle down near their children in Sunderland. However Ann is a keen nature lover and wants to live in the country, while Ian was born along this coast and dreams of living by the seaside. Can Kerr persuade Ann that seaside living is best or will Sara manage to find a rural retreat that Ian will love? They both compete to find the perfect home for a budget of ú175,000.
