Buddy visits the Seaport Museum in New York to get inspiration to make a nautical-themed cake that incorporates elements from the SS Normandie for a party the museum will be throwing. Meanwhile, Buddy is in for a surprise when Jersey Shore star Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi comes to the bakery looking to have a special cake made for her mother. As Buddy and the rest of his crew work on Snooki’s cake, Cousin Anthony turns to some of the cake decorators’ help to change his style in order to impress Snooki when he goes with Buddy to deliver the cake.
