Fitness Instructor Denise currently lives in Kent, while partner Stephen is a gardener from Worthing in West Sussex. With all those miles between them, they're desperate for a place they can share together and where they can enjoy their mutual favourite pastime – holidaying. Denise even lived in the Costa del Sol ten years ago, along with her daughters who are now twenty-one and eighteen and also have a passion for southern Spain. Plus, Stephen's two twenty-six-year-old twin sons are sure to be visiting them. They have a budget of one hundred and forty thousand pounds for their holiday home in southern Spain, and Jean will use all her expertise of buying, selling and renovating properties to find them the perfect place.
