Chérilus, a drug dealer from the city associated with Bilal, asks the young lawyer to defend his little brother Rudy, detained in Fresnes, involved in a big cocaine import case. Karim Boutaleb, now head of the city's traffic, mandates Bilal to find out what Rudy wanted to do with the drugs.
