13 - 3: Growing Pains

Lewis, who's 18, has come off a motorbike and collided with two cars. He's taken immediately for a full body CT scan as doctors are concerned about the extent of the injuries to his pelvis, arm and head. Lewis's mum, Vanessa, explains how when Lewis was a youngster he always kept them on their toes, but as he got older she began to suspect there might be a reason for his behaviour. She was relieved when Lewis was diagnosed with ADHD as a teenager and his close bond with his uncle helped him through his adolescent years. But when his uncle died, Lewis took it very badly.
