Transformers: Age of Extinction is a science fiction action film that is based on the Transformers franchise and the fourth installment of the live-action Transformers film series. The movie is the sequel to the Transformers: Dark Moon movie and set four years after the Chicago invasion incident. The plot of Transformers: Age of Extinction is describe by the brief summary below: Four years after the conclusion of Transformers: Dark of the Moon, a mechanic and his daughter discover a deactivated Optimus Prime. Meanwhile, a powerful, ingenious businessman and a group of scientists attempt to learn from past Transformer incursions and push the boundaries of technology beyond what they can control. The movie features Mark Wahlberg as a single father and struggling inventor Cade Yeager, Stanley Tucci as Joshua, Li Bingbing as Su Yueming, Kelsey Grammer as Harold Attinger, Nicola Peltz as Tessa Yeager, Jack Reynor as Shane Dyson, Sophia Myles as Darcy, T. J. Miller as Lucas, Titus Welliver as Savoy, Melanie Specht as the "Grande Dame" and Victoria Summer as Joshua's executive assistant. Transformers: Age of Extinction was directed by Michael Bay, the director of the three previous Transformers film. It is set to be released in the US on June 27th and June 25th in Indonesia and Philippines.
